Seair Seaplanes is currently seeking dynamic qualified applicants for Customer Service Agents (CSA) to assist with booking reservations, check-in procedures and preparing passenger manifests.

WORK HOURS: 10-hour shifts, on a scheduled four-day week. Scheduled days will vary based on operational needs and will include working weekends (both Saturday & Sunday).

LOCATION: Richmond, B.C.

TERM: Full Time

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues and passengers.
  • Prepare passenger manifests, data entry and filing.
  • Demonstrate effective customer service while assisting passengers with check in procedures.
  • Handle confidential personal and credit card information with discretion.
  • Comfortable to weigh, lift and tag passenger luggage, up to 50 lbs.
  • Relay information and decisions to passengers regarding pre-flight routing, weather, and flight delays, if necessary.
  • Manage daily transactions and produce end of day credit card transaction reports.
  • Conduct radio communication effectively with the pilots and flight following of aircraft.

Overall, this position can be extremely busy at times and the right candidate will be great at multi-tasking and capable of remaining calm under pressure. As you will be the first point of contact with a guest, whether in person or via phone, your communication skills (both verbal and written), should be clear, concise, and confident.

Applicant assets include, previous aviation experience, tourism experience and geographical knowledge of the B.C.’s West Coast.

Seair Seaplanes has been in operations for over 30 years providing a scheduled service and charter routes on the Southern British Columbia coast. Ranging in size, we operate 13 aircraft and maintain our aircraft with our in-house maintenance team.
